1. The two parties here
These terms are between you and instantfollowers.co.uk (“we”, “us”), the operator of instantfollowers.co.uk. Contact: support@instantfollowers.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. You must be 18 or over to order.
2. The packs on offer
Single-purchase digital services: a stated number of follows for one public Instagram or TikTok profile, or a stated number of likes for one public post or video. We do not sell accounts, comments, reviews or guaranteed engagement, and we do not claim the follows come from any particular country or type of account.
3. What you pay and how
Every price is shown in sterling before you pay, and payment is taken in full at checkout on a secure hosted payment page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
4. Delivery
The first part of a pack is normally on its way within minutes, and larger packs run on for hours or days. Every timing we quote is a typical one, not a promise. You must keep the account or post public, and not change the username or remove the post, until delivery finishes.
5. Refill
If the delivered count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we top it up free on request by email with your order reference, provided the account or post is still public and unchanged.
6. Changing your mind
Our refund policy forms part of these terms, including your 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law and how it ends once delivery is complete because you asked us to start immediately.
7. Your responsibilities
Only order for accounts and content you own or are allowed to promote. Do not use our packs to mislead consumers or brands, for example by presenting bought numbers as a genuine audience in advertising. Instagram and TikTok’s own terms apply to your accounts; buying followers or likes may breach them, and platforms may remove follows or likes at any time.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for actions taken by Instagram or TikTok, or for indirect losses such as lost business. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Law
English and Welsh law applies to these terms. Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the protection of their own law and may use their own courts.
