If your count dropped within 30 days of delivery finishing, send the ord_ reference and roughly how many dropped. We top it up free. More on delivery and refill.
Money back and cancelling
Tell us the reference and what went wrong. Orders that never start are refunded in full; partly delivered orders are refunded for the part not delivered. See refunds.
