Privacy policy

The short version: we hold the little we need to deliver your pack, and nothing that would let anyone into your account. Last updated November 2026.

The information an order needs

  • The public handle or post link you type into the basket.
  • The email address and order details entered at checkout.
  • Short-lived technical logs, such as an IP address, used to block abuse and cap lookups.

Things we never hold

Passwords, login codes or card numbers. You type card details on the hosted payment page, which sends us a confirmation and nothing more.

Why it is used

We use these details to deliver the pack, answer questions about it, carry out top-ups and refunds, stop fraud and keep the records the law asks of a business. The lawful bases are the contract you make when ordering and our legitimate interest in running the shop securely.

Outside parties involved

Three kinds of service provider: the company that takes the payment, the delivery partner (which is given just the public handle or link and the quantity), and the company that hosts the website. Nobody buys your data from us and we run no advertising with it.

Your browser

To make the basket follow you from page to page, your browser keeps the basket, the last handle you typed and the site that sent you here in its local storage. You can clear it whenever you like in your browser settings. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Retention

Order records sit in our order system for up to 90 days. Anything needed for tax or accounting is kept for as long as those rules require.

What you can ask for

The UK GDPR lets you see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and challenge the way we use it. Write to support@instantfollowers.co.uk and we will reply within a month at the latest. If you are unhappy with our answer, the Information Commissioner’s Office handles complaints.
