When a pack never starts
When an order cannot be started at all, for whatever reason, the whole amount goes back to you.
If only some of it arrives
Sometimes part of a pack cannot land, for instance because a post is deleted or a profile switches to private mid-way. We work out the share that did not arrive and return that share of the price.
If numbers dip later
A dip within 30 days of a pack completing is fixed with a free top-up rather than money back. Send us the ord_ reference and we restore the count.
Cancelling within 14 days
Consumer law in the UK lets you cancel a digital service within 14 days. Paying for a pack is a request for us to begin at once, so that right lapses when delivery completes. Cancel while it is still running and we keep only the value of what has already been delivered.
Delivered items
Follows and likes that have landed cannot be taken back, so a delivered portion is not refundable.
Asking for money back
Write to support@instantfollowers.co.uk with the ord_ reference and a line about what happened. Approved refunds go to the same card or wallet, and banks usually show them within 5 to 10 working days.
