What we accept
- Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, including most UK bank cards.
- Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Safari.
- Google Pay on Android and Chrome.
All prices are in pounds sterling. A UK card is charged exactly the figure on the tile, with no currency conversion.
What we do not accept
We do not take bank transfer, cash, cheques, cryptocurrency, gift cards or buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna or Clearpay. If you see a follower shop pushing an unusual payment method, especially one with no buyer protection, be careful.
Inside the payment step
When you press pay in the basket, you are sent to a hosted payment page. You enter your card or tap Apple Pay or Google Pay there; your card details go to the payment page, never to us. After paying you come back to a confirmation page with your ord_ reference, and an email follows.
Matching the payment on your statement
The payment shows as a single card transaction for the amount on your basket total. If you cannot match a payment on your statement, email us with the date and amount and we will look it up and confirm what it was for.
Card protection and refunds
Paying by card means the usual card protections apply. Our own policy is simple: if an order never starts, we refund it in full; if part cannot be delivered, we refund that part. Under UK consumer rules you also have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service, which ends once delivery is complete because you asked us to start straight away. Why everything is priced in pounds
Many follower shops price in US dollars or euros, which means a UK card is charged a converted amount, often with a foreign transaction fee on top, and the figure on your statement does not match the price you saw. We sell to UK accounts, so every tile, table and basket total is in sterling, and that is exactly what is charged. Cards issued outside the UK still work; their own bank handles any conversion.
Paying for several packs at once
Add as many packs as you like to the basket, up to ten, across Instagram and TikTok, and pay once. For example, 1,000 Instagram followers plus 500 likes on your newest post comes to £15.48.
